MODULAR HOUSING: by LAI DESIGN Meets and/or exceeds the expects of Miami Dade County Florida building codes. Open floor plan, 1 to 3 bedrooms, Ceiling fans in bedrooms & living room. Kitchens have quartz countertops, breakfast bar counter top (per plan), tile flooring throughout, EnergyStar appliances (refrigerator, stove/oven combo, microwave with exhaust fan) Bathroom in 3 to 4 piece plans have floor to ceiling tile, exhaust fan, luxury shower & double sinks.
GREEN SUSTAINABLE CONSTRUCTION: Low VOC Paint, EnergyStar Appliances, Low water use plumbing fixtures, LED lighting, Insulation exceeds Energy Code Dual Pane low E windows, non-combustible mold resistant construction material, natural daylighting.

In addition to LAI DESIGN, GHR has a Service Provision Contract for the construction of traditional homes with the STEALTH CONSULTING GROUP (another Florida based LLC in good standing).
The building of the first home for children has begun. The first corner stone has been set.

The homes below are schematics of the homes for children left parentless. by so many natural disasters. Habitat for Humanity has years of experience that they have brought to Mexico to alleviate the hardship of the homeless. We are extremely grateful.
